Shannon Swick

Chief Executive Officer

Shannon Swick is an accomplished executive with a history of success in team building, de novo start-ups, growth strategy, research and outcomes management. Her extensive experience in clinical, operational and sales leadership along with her passion for business development and clinical outcomes, make her a natural fit for Chief Executive Officer of Collage Rehabilitation Partners. Her focus on strategic growth, while keeping clinical integrity at the highest level, is a tremendous asset to moving forward and building futures for the people we serve.

A leader who doesn’t hesitate to roll up her sleeves, Shannon works with the team to make things happen. She accepts challenges as they are presented. Her background helps her view and assess things from all angles and, ultimately arrive at the best possible outcome for the people we serve and the organization.

Shannon is a limited licensed psychologist with over 25 years of experience working with individuals with traumatic brain injury in residential, day treatment, school and home-based settings.She has published numerous articles and presented nationally on outcomes with neurologically impaired populations and previously served as Vice President of Clinical and Operations for Rehab Without Walls.

Scott Guevin, PT, DPT, NHA, MBA, FACHE

Chief Operating Officer

Scott is a healthcare executive with more than 25 years of  experience in hospital administration, management and finance in both the acute and post-acute settings.

Scott holds five collegiate degrees including three graduate degrees: a Masters and Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Masters of Business Administration. He is Board Certified in Healthcare Management as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).

Previously, Scott served as Vice President of Operations at Shirley Ryan Ability Lab (formerly Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago) where he combined his clinical expertise with his business acumen to guide the hospital through a period of growth and expansion while achieving exceptional patient outcomes. Scott has a calm confident demeanor and is very team oriented. His combined clinical and operational leadership experience along with his collaborative work style make him a valuable part of the executive leadership team.





Thomas Smith

Chief Financial Officer

Thomas Smith is a driven financial executive with more than 15 years’ experience in finance, operations and M&A. He has extensive experience working with companies on strategic growth plans and financial reporting.

Previously, Thomas served as Head of US Portfolio Operations for Baird Capital, a global middle-market private equity and venture capital firm. His role at Baird Capital included working with C-level executives on value creation, strategic finance, acquisitions and integration. He formerly was a board member at Collage Rehabilitation Partners during 2020 and 2021. Prior to Baird Capital, Thomas worked for KPMG as a Director in their Transaction Services/M&A group. He holds a dual-degree in accounting and finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Thomas is a passionate and dedicated individual who works best in a team-oriented environment. His leadership style is collaborative and he has a continuous improvement mindset to help organizations thrive and grow.

Elaine Lecatsas, MBA, SPHR

Chief Human Resources Officer

Elaine Lecatsas, MBA, Senior Certified Professional in HR (SHRM – SCP) and held the position of Vice President of Operations for over 20 years and is now the Chief Human Resources Officer of our newly merged organizations. After receiving her MBA from Penn State University, Elaine worked for a large Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and Autism provider where she developed a passion for working with individuals with disabilities. She is responsible for implementing the overall direction and philosophy for company operations within our overall strategic plan.

Under Elaine’s leadership, ReMed was honored by the American Psychological Association in 2012 as a Psychologically Healthy Workplace National Award Winner as well as a Best Practices Honoree in Training and Development. In 2015 ReMed was recognized as a Top Workplace in Philly! In addition, Elaine served seven years as the Treasurer of the Brain Injury Association of Pennsylvania.
