Serving greater Augusta, Atlanta, Savannah and their surrounding areas, our Georgia Home & Community program provides neurorehabilitation from a team of licensed therapists in a patient’s home and community, providing a seamless transition between facilities or outpatient settings.

Our Georgia Nursing & Homecare program provides skilled and nonskilled nursing services to people living with catastrophic injuries, chronic diseases or require assistance with activities of daily living.
