Our continuum of care provides options and treatment plans that meet our clients where they need us most to ensure continued progress and recovery.
Within each region, Specialty Treatment Centers for Intensive Neurobehavioral Rehabilitation, Complex Active Neurorehabilitation, Spinal Cord Rehabilitation and Supported Living facilities are strategically placed to provide convenient regional access, with the goal of transitioning patients closer to home whenever possible.
Our Home & Community Rehabilitation Partners program in Colorado, Georgia, Southern California, South Carolina and Texas, offers a unique intensive rehabilitation option for patients in their own home and community.
