Regina Lesako, MA, CBIS

VICE PRESIDENT OF CLINICAL OPERATIONS

Northeast (Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia)

Regina Lesako is smart and passionate, with high standards for treatment and care. She has over 22 years of experience working in the field of brain injury rehabilitation. She began working at ReMed when she was finishing her graduate degree at Duquesne University in 2000.  She found her passion working with adults who have suffered brain injuries, and has been involved in brain injury rehabilitation ever since.

Currently, she is the vice president of clinical operations for the Northeast Region of Collage Rehabilitation Partners. She leads interdisciplinary teams in the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland and Virginia programs. Regina is responsible for clinical and operational oversight of neurobehavioral, neurorehabilitation, supported living, and community and outpatient programs in those regions.

Regina is a surveyor for CARF International (the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) and actively involved in the brain injury community. When Regina is not working, she enjoys bringing her collie to rehabilitation and healthcare sites as a therapy dog.


April Groff, PhD

VICE PRESIDENT OF CLINICAL OPERATIONS/CLINICAL NEUROPSYCHOLOGIST

Southeast (Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina)

Dr. April Groff is a licensed neuropsychologist and the vice president of clinical operations for Collage Rehabilitation Partners, leading interdisciplinary teams in North Carolina, Georgia and Louisiana. Dr. Groff provides clinical and operational oversight of neurobehavioral, neurorehabilitation, supported living, and community and outpatient programs in those regions. She serves adults with moderate to severe brain injuries, as they transition from hospital to home.

Dr. Groff is a graduate of the University of Michigan and received her PhD in Clinical Psychology from Boston University. She completed her predoctoral and postdoctoral fellowships in neuropsychology and rehabilitation psychology at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System. Prior to her current role, Dr. Groff worked as staff neuropsychologist within the VA Polytrauma System of Care, followed by serving as the program director of the Polytrauma Transitional Rehabilitation Program at VAPAHCS.


Paige Salinas, M.S., MHA, CBIS, LCSW

VICE PRESIDENT OF CLINICAL OPERATIONS

Western Region (California, Colorado, Utah)

Paige Salinas is the vice president of clinical operations for Learning Services, A Collage Rehabilitation Partner. She leads interdisciplinary teams in their Colorado, Utah and California programs with clinical and operational oversight of neurobehavioral, neurorehabilitation, supported living, and community and outpatient programs in those regions.

In addition, she serves on the board of governors of ACBIS (Academy for the Certification of Brain Injury Specialists), creating, expanding and improving education and certification options for people working in the brain injury field. Paige is a surveyor for CARF International (the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities).

Paige has worked in a variety of capacities during her nearly 20 years in neurorehabilitation, including roles in case management, psychotherapy and program management. Her areas of interest in research and training include culturally effective goal setting, sexuality following brain injury, and vocational rehabilitation.


Kelly Ramsey, MS, CCC-SLP

VICE PRESIDENT OF CLINICAL OPERATIONS

Collage Home & Community Rehabilitation Partners (California, Colorado, Georgia, South Carolina, Texas)

Kelly Ramsey, MS, CCC-SLP, is vice president of Collage Home & Community Rehabilitation Partners. She oversees clinical operations for our Home & Community programs, which are located in Texas, Southern California and Colorado.

Kelly has dedicated her career to providing meaningful therapy that makes a difference in the lives of her patients. Kelly is a speech pathologist who graduated from Baylor University with a master of science degree in Communication Disorders. She has worked in acute inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient, acute care, and home and community settings. Her special interest lies in the home and community setting, where therapists use activities that are integral to patients’ success, facilitating lasting outcomes in a familiar environment.

As a leader, Kelly puts the needs of others first, and helps people develop and perform at a high level. She previously served in manager and director roles at TIRR Memorial Hermann, as co-leader of the Brain Injury Program, and at Rehab Without Walls, as Executive Director. Kelly came to Collage Rehabilitation Partners as program director in our Texas programs in 2019.
