Day Treatment

Day Treatment, Community and Outpatient Services

Targeted treatment focused on return to life.

Day Treatment Rehabilitation services provide intensive, comprehensive therapy services in our clinic-based setting. Our programs focus on helping our clients achieve a high level of function and return to their day-to-day activities. We provide full-day and half-day individual and group therapy sessions, up to five days per week. Families or a transportation service can drop off the client in the morning and supervision will be provided throughout the day.

Individual and group therapy includes:

  • Physical therapy
  • Occupational therapy
  • Speech therapy
  • Cognitive therapy
  • Recreation therapy
  • Psychology
  • Neuropsychology
  • Case management

Our Day Treatment Services also include comprehensive evaluations, neuropsychological evaluations, and vocational evaluations.
Comprehensive assessment and targeted treatment services are available for individuals who are experiencing complex concussion symptoms, which are not resolving and require specialized treatment to return to full performance level—quickly and safely.

Programming that begins where the client is.

Provided as a standalone service or alongside other treatment and support, our comprehensive Community and Outpatient Services offer everything from single service therapy to assessment and treatment. We draw on our broad expertise and experience to create treatment plans and interventions that are designed to assist in recovery of functional ability. These plans help our clients and their support networks develop compensatory strategies that work for the individual. Our Community and Outpatient Services include short-term interventions and long-term support. These services include:

  • Interventions for gaining/maintaining stability at home and in the community
  • Support in the community and at home
  • Facilitating a return to work
  • Individual and group treatment in our clinic settings

A Targeted Approach

Our treatment model includes clinical services from licensed therapists, psychologists and neuropsychologists, life skills trainers, case managers, and other specialists who are educated and trained in issues specific to brain injury. Our clinics provide therapeutic interventions and offer groups and programs, as well as a place for clients to establish connections and supports.

Vocational Services

Returning to work is complex. Success relies on the availability of a team with expertise in vocational programming for individuals with brain injury. Our teams have experience developing vocational programs that include collaboration with the client’s employer and payor. And for those who are unable to return to their former position, we work to help them establish a new vocational direction. In addition to successful return to work outcomes, we have great success in helping clients sustain continued employment over time.
